ALMOND BANANA DRAGON FRUIT BOWL
This weeks must eat is the almond banana dragon fruit bowl (dragon fruit is available from and good local fruit and vege store also known as Pitahaya) - with thanks to Eating bird Food.
- 1-2 Dragon Fruit
- 1 frozen banana
- ¼ cup frozen mango
- ½ Tablespoon crunchy almond butter
- ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- Toppings: banana slices, toasted almonds, homemade granola
- Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth, adding more almond milk if necessary.
- Pour into a bowl. Sprinkle on toppings and enjoy.
