RETURNS
At GOALS, we want you to love your purchases! If you are wanting to return an item you must do so within 7 working days of receipt of merchandise.
We only accept returns on full priced items & offer a 100% store credit for returns.
No Refunds will be issued on any items, unless faulty.
Please Note:
- We cannot except returns on swimwear.
- Shipping charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.
- SALE items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty
- Items must be new, unused and with all GOALS and designer garment tags still attached.
- Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
If you decide to return an item to GOALS you are responsible for all shipping and customs duties incurred. Please ensure the service is tracked and take you time to fill out all customs declaration forms, and clearly mark the item as a ‘returned item’ or with no commercial value. This is imperative to ensure that no duty’s or importation taxes are placed on the item.
